•An order is an offer to purchase; we may refuse or cancel for any reason (stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes).

3. Shipping & Delivery

•We ship from Melbourne within two business days where stock is available. Estimated transit times shown at checkout are guidelines only.

•Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Title passes when payment is received in full.

4. Returns & Consumer Guarantees

•Change‑of‑mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging – return postage is at your cost.

•Nothing in these Terms diminishes statutory guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If a product is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at our expense.

5. Intellectual Property

•All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software – is owned or licensed by us and protected by Australian and international IP laws.

•You may view, download, and print portions of the Site for personal, non‑commercial use only. You must not reproduce or exploit any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
