Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 days from when you place your order for it to be processed. The World of Organs staff are just learning about the interweb, but my goodness, they are learning fast and will soon be as modern as tomorrow!

We take the time to pack your order by hand. Delivery time will depend on your location-​for those lucky folks near the Sunnyside Mall, the trusty Toyota Crown might just do a drive‑by! For everywhere else, your friendly postie will deliver your items quick sticks-​we just have to remind Eric from accounts to take them to the post office and send them off!

Shipping Methods & Costs

•Standard Post (Australia‑wide) – flat rate shown at checkout. 3–8 business days after dispatch.

•Express Post (Australia‑wide) – upgrade at checkout. 1–3 business days after dispatch.

•International – calculated at checkout based on weight & destination. Transit time varies.

Shipping costs are displayed in AUD during checkout. Tracking details are emailed once your parcel is handed to the carrier.

30‑Day Return & Exchange Policy

The World of Organs has a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

•Item must be in the same condition you received it—​unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email the friendly team at hello@barrymorgan.love. If your return is accepted we’ll email you a return shipping label plus instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit‑card company to process refunds.
